11013 posts · Joined 2008. #2 · Aug 30, 2010. They are torque to yield bolts They're supposed to be replaced. The new ones are tightened in two stages, Stage 1: Tighten to 40-45 Nm (30-33 lb-ft). Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90-120 degrees.
